Zapier and Make

The status of the Zapier and Make integrations, and how to connect Homeforce to other apps today with webhooks or Flows.

Zapier and Make connect Homeforce to thousands of other apps without code: for example, add a row to a Google Sheet every time an invoice is paid.

What they'll do

  • Triggers for Homeforce events, like a new lead, a job created, an estimate approved or an invoice paid.
  • Actions to create customers, jobs and leads in Homeforce from other apps.

When they're ready, you'll sign in to Homeforce from inside Zapier or Make with an API key that has the manage:hooks scope. Create that key in Settings → Developers.

Connect to other apps today

You don't have to wait. Two tools work now:

Webhooks (no Zapier app needed). Both Zapier ("Webhooks by Zapier") and Make have a "catch a webhook" trigger that gives you a web address. Paste that address into Settings → Developers → Webhooks, choose your events, and Homeforce will send each event there. Build the rest of your automation in Zapier or Make as usual. See API and webhooks.

Flows. If your company has Flows turned on, a Flow's Send a webhook action can post to the same kind of address, with conditions, like "only invoices over $5,000".

To send data into Homeforce from Zapier or Make, use their HTTP or webhook action to call Homeforce's API, for example to create a lead. You'll need an API key with the right scope, like write:leads.
