Offer financing

Show monthly payment options on bigger estimates and prequalify a customer with a soft credit check.

Showing a monthly payment helps customers say yes to bigger jobs. Homeforce shows estimated payments on proposals and lets you prequalify the customer right on the estimate.

Monthly payments on proposals

When an option totals $500 or more, the proposal shows "or as low as …/mo with financing" under its price, with a footnote that it's subject to credit approval. You'll see the same figure as Financing from in the builder's Summary.

This is an estimate to start the conversation, not a quote from a lender.

Prequalify the customer

On an estimate where at least one option is $500 or more, a Consumer financing bar appears above the builder. It's a soft credit check with no impact on the customer's score.

  1. Open the estimate.
  2. Click Prequalify for …. Homeforce uses the highest option total.
  3. Read the result. You'll see whether they're approved and for how much, and each offer's monthly payment and term. Any dealer fee is shown too.
  4. To check again after you change the options, click Re-check.

Owners, admins, office/CSR staff, sales reps, project managers and techs can run a prequalification. The bar disappears once the estimate is approved.

Set up financing

Owners and admins manage financing in Settings → Financing:

  • Under Providers, click Connect next to your lender. Dealer fees post to job cost.
  • Under Offers, set a Minimum job amount and a Promo line.

The Show financing offers switch lives in Settings → Estimates & proposals.

Financing in follow-ups

The day-3 email in the default follow-up sequence mentions financing and includes the "as low as" amount for the estimate's largest option.
